My father

In the heart of a small town in Puglia, my father dedicated his entire life to an ancient craft: making bread.
Born today, January 27, 65 years ago, a baker by vocation, a baker by vocation and family tradition, he embodied for fifty years the values of hard work, dedication and humility.

Every night, while the town was asleep, he would wake up and light the oven. Sleepless nights, effort and sacrifices never shown, faced in silence to provide a future for his family and fresh bread every day for his community. He never complained: his work was an act of love.
January 2026 marks his first birthday with his wooden peel hung on the wall—the first after a lifetime spent in front of the heat of the oven.
A milestone that smells of warm, freshly baked bread, of sacrifice and dignity.
The bakery was never just a workplace, but a meeting point—a beating heart of stories and traditions. In the scent of freshly baked bread still lives a sense of continuity, community and respect.

His life today teaches that true wealth lies in simplicity, consistency, and love for what you do.
